Since Mavi turned 4 months old, he started to reject milk. It is increasingly difficult to feed him. He would drink, then push the teat away after a few seconds, that is refusing to drink milk after drinking a little. Basically, at his age and weight, he should be drinking 120ml of milk every 3 hours but with his refusal, he can only drink around 60ml.
I mentioned earlier that our paed found some bacteria on his throat when he was 4.5months. We treated him for 7 days, and his feeding was back to normal. But last week, he was refusing milk once again. It took him too long to finish the milk. Then he would vomit a bit of milk occassionaly. I was so damn worried.
What makes it worst, he's too smart. We would cry, push his self away from me the moment I put him into the feeding position.

Moody Maverick
I tried investigating.
#1: Bottles
All the bottles' nipples were upgraded to 3month+ before he turned 4months old. I think that the nipples were not the source of the problem. He's been using them for quite sometime, when he was still feeding normally, so that won't be a problem. When he started using the 3month+ teats, at first he was spewing milk all over, but eventually he was able to adjust.
I am thinking of upgrading all his teats to level 4 now since he'll be turning 6months in a few weeks. But of course, it a "no guarantee" solution.
#2: Formula Supplement
Hmm.. I am in doubt of the current formula. This was prescribed to us by paed since his eczema outbreak. It was a hard decision for me to shift from my FormulaA to my now FormulaB. I like FormulaA better because of it's high DHA and ARA. I will definitely inform our paed to go back to the range of FormulaA when Mavi turns 6months old.
The positive side of his new formula, he hasn't been constipated. In fact everyday, he poos.
#3: Teething
My baby has been showing signs that he's teething since 3months. He drools, he sucks his thumb, rashes on his face, ear pulling. But no sign of a tooth till now. So I really don't know if teething is the answer to the problem. I hope it is, because it's a natural thing.
I still continue Mavi's vitamin intake: multi-vitamins and iron. He seems allergic to vitamin C, so we stopped giving him this. But I will try to ask paed again, if it's ok to have it back. Then there's his solids. So far he had rice cereal, banana and mashed potato already.
I just hope and pray, that his feeding issues will be over soon. It's too disturbing for a Mom, having a son who doesn't feed.
